The selection of materials, fixtures as well as the attention to detail was impressive. The color choices were exactly what we were looking for. It was as if we had hand picked the fixtures and color choices ourselves. We also had the opportunity to meet the builder at the open house. He was not only very personable and friendly, but also knowledgeable and informative about the entire building process of the home. cabreraandluciohomes just completed our forever home at the beach! We met with Bill from Beacon Homes before we purchased our lot, and he guided us through the process before we even signed the contract. We went with a factory built home from Simplex and customized it to our taste. We built our home during Covid (no easy task) and from a distance. We were in constant contact with Bill and his crew sharing ideas and vendor recommendations. This is the second home we’ve built and our fourth kitchen and the experience was a good one.
